Road to the NPC Atlanta Classic – Posing Seminars!

Designed for all NPC amateur athletes preparing to compete, with a special invite to the NPC Lenda Murray Atlanta Classic on August 8–9, 2026.

These events are FREE to attend. Each seminar requires its own registration. Please reserve your spot for the date you plan to attend!

Kicking off the series on April 18, attend the full workshop that will feature an IFBB Pro Q+A, Posing Breakouts, and the chance to meet the 2024 Ms. Bikini Olympia champion, Lauralie Chapados!

These seminars provide the perfect opportunity for competitors to refine their stage presentation, perfect their posing, and gain valuable insights from some of the best in the industry. Athletes will receive hands-on guidance from IFBB Pros, as well as feedback from experienced judges to help them bring their best package to the stage.

Participants will also have the chance to learn from Lenda Murray, 8× Ms. Olympia and one of the most decorated champions in bodybuilding history.
