Meet Ifbb pro Stephanie Marie ~ mother, business owner, women’s bodybuilding competitor , personal trainer , coach , elite powerlifter and overall fierce fit woman.

 

Growing up A gymnast and former cheerleader  from age 6-17 , I always needed an outlet for my competitive drive.

I began my fitness lifestyle in 2012 competing in multiple NPC shows and national level shows gaining pro status in 2016 @ NPC USAS in WPD.

Aside from competing at the highest level in the most credible bodybuilding organization in the world, I am also an elite powerlifter in the USPA currently ranked 7th in the nation in 2021 and top 50 in the world of all time.

 

My passion for fitness and nutrition is inspired by the desire to becoming better than who I was yesterday. My purpose in life is to not only to better myself, but to lead by example, and to help as many others as I can to become their best versions of themselves along the way.
