NPC ATHLETE ELIGIBILITY

Every athlete must be a current member of the NPC to compete on stage. If you registered online and did not receive your email confirmation, please visit www.npcregistration.com, sign-in with your user account and click the print box. This will allow you to print out a copy of your registration and/or save a screenshot and download your registration number. After you’ve registered for your NPC Card, then you can register to compete at the NPC Rising Phoenix.

Fees:
– Registration (first entry): $145
– Crossovers: $105
An $150 late fee incurs on August 8th for the first class. Any crossover is only $105 for each additional class.

IFBB ATHLETE ELIGIBILITY
All IFBB Professional League Pros must be in good standing with the League Office Pro League memberships must be current & valid.
All IFBB Pro Athletes can register through https://ifbbpromembership.com and apply for events through the Upcoming Contests tab.
The IFBB Pro League has developed a brand new method of contract signing and contest registration. Moving forward, you will not need to email to request a contract be sent to you. All contests will be listed in the new “Upcoming Contests” tab of your IFBB Pro Member Profile, within the Pro League membership system. Once you’ve selected a contest you would like to compete in, click “Register” and select your Division on the registration form. After digitally signing your Athlete Competition Contract & Liability Release, your application is forwarded to the office for review.
If/when your application is approved, you will receive a registration confirmation email from Muscleware. If you require a copy of your signed contract, it can be found in the “My Contracts” tab of your Member Profile.
Please note that going forward all contracts will have a firm deadline date of the Monday of the week of the contest at 3pm EST and after that date no contracts will be available. You will not be able to register for a show after this time.
ATTENTION WOMEN’S BODYBUILDING ATHLETES:
For all females that intend to compete in the IFBB Pro Women’s Bodybuilding division, this year’s edition of the IFBB Pro League Rising Phoenix will return to being invitational, exclusively for this division (all other IFBB divisions are open to compete, and do not require an invitation to compete). Those that would like to compete in the Women’s Bodybuilding division, must follow entry guidelines below:

ALL APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT A LETTER OF INTENT TOGETHER WITH THEIR COMPETITIVE HISTORY AND PHOTOS (BOTH RECENT AND FROM PREVIOUS COMPETITIONS). THE INVITATIONAL EVENT IS OPEN TO ALL IFBB PRO FEMALE ATHLETES WHO INTEND TO COMPETE IN THE WOMEN’S BODYBUILDING DIVISION.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE RECEIVED FROM MARCH 1, 2026 – APRIL 4, 2026.
THE PANEL OF JUDGES THAT WILL BE REVIEWING ALL APPLICANTS WILL CONSIST OF SANDY WILLIAMSON (NPC/IFBB WOMEN’S PRESIDENT AND HEAD JUDGE), TYLER MANION (VICE PRESIDENT OF THE NPC, NPC WORLDWIDE AND THE IFBB PROFESSIONAL LEAGUE), ALONG WITH THE WINGS OF STRENGTH COMMITTEE OF LENDA MURRAY (8X MS OLYMPIA), ALEX SACASA (VP OF US OPERATIONS), ALINA POPA (VP OF EUROPEAN OPERATIONS), AND JAKE WOOD (CEO AND OWNER).

BACKSTAGE PASSES
Backstage passes can be purchased either during athlete check-ins on Friday, or at the ticketing booth on either show day.
Please note that anyone purchasing a Backstage Pass requires the following:

Proof of a current NPC or IFBB card (for insurance purposes); it needs to match the ID of the attendee purchasing a Backstage Pass.

TANNING
Pro Tan® is proud to be the Official and Exclusive Competition Tanning Provider of the IFBB Professional League Rising Phoenix. Pro Tan® is the only tanning company permitted on site. Tanning will be conveniently located at the show venue (Desert Diamond Arena). Be sure to register for your tanning package in advance to avoid on-site walk-up fees.
Appointments will be e-mailed to competitors 1 week prior to the contest. Tanning packages include spray tanning services and backstage color touch-ups, oil, and Bikini Bite®. Athletes who do not tan with Pro Tan® and would like backstage services are subject to a backstage service fee. For any questions, please e-mail Carla Salotti at carla@protanusa.com.
