A little-known fact about Nicki Chartrand: On top of being an IFBB Pro, Chartrand has also worked as an American sign language interpreter, handling assignments among a wide range of people and environments for a number of years. She explains to FRS host Isabelle Turell on this week’s episode that sign language seemed like a natural fit for her active and engaging lifestyle.
